Add all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix with a spoon first and then knead to a supple dough, add a splash of water if needed. You can add more water, you can't take it out. Knead at least 5 minutes.
Separate to 4 pieces.
Before frying, stretch a piece into the shape you want (round, oval works well),
Fry in a very hot pan, optionally in a little bit of butter or oil.
